"Thank you, Mrs. Bowers." Adam Walker said as he sipped his drink. Eileen Bowers was one of his parents' friends who had been invited to their annual Fourth of July party. Looking around and seeing that most of their guests were gone, his father nodded and said, "Go ahead, we can clean up in the morning."
Adam nodded and thanked them and the McDonalds for coming before heading back over to where Sydney and Makayla were waiting, "I'm good to go, let me go change and grab something to change into once we are done, then I'll be over."
Makayla nodded and Sydney said, "We are fresh out of drinks, you got anything good?"
Brandon thought for a minute, "I think there is a pack of vodka High Noons and a pack of tequila High Noons in the basement fridge."

After changing and grabbing the drinks, Adam made his way out the garage, across the street, and through the gate of the Higgins' house. He had made this trip so many times, it was almost like a second home to him.
